Global Research Institute of Pharmacy (GRIP), Radaur takes immense pride in announcing the celebration of World Pharmacists Day 2025 on 25th September 2025, a day dedicated to honoring the unwavering commitment, expertise, and service of pharmacists across the globe. This year’s global theme, “Think Health, Think Pharmacist,” powerfully emphasizes the indispensable role of pharmacists as healthcare leaders, educators, innovators, and community guardians. The celebration at GRIP is envisioned not merely as an event but as a meaningful platform to inspire responsibility, ignite innovation, and highlight the pharmacist’s vital contribution to building a healthier, safer, and more sustainable society.
The event will feature a variety of academic, creative, and awareness-driven activities including a Tree Plantation Drive organized by the Eco Pharm Club to promote sustainability, a Pharma Quiz conducted by Assistant Professor Mr. Jagdeep Singh to enhance students’ knowledge and critical thinking, and Logo Making & Slogan Writing Competitions coordinated by Ms. Jasmeen and Ms. Anu to encourage creativity in reflecting the spirit of pharmacy. In addition, Expert Talks and Awareness Sessions will be delivered by distinguished faculty members: Professor Dr. Binu Raina on Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Assistant Professor Ms. Tavleen Kaur on Reduction of Drug Abuse, and Assistant Professor Mr. Dushyant Kamboj on Generic Medicines. The program is being coordinated and conducted under the esteemed supervision of Professor Dr. Neha Yadav.
