Today, Global Research Institute of Pharmacy (GRIP), Radaur, Yamuna Nagar celebrated World Book and Copyright Day 

The programme started with an informative talk delivered by Dr. Smita Narwal and Mr. Jagdeep Singh. They shared the importance of books in gaining knowledge and building a strong reading habit among students.
They also explained that World Book and Copyright Day is observed every year on 23rd April to promote reading, publishing, and awareness about intellectual property rights. Copyright protects original creative work, while trademarks protect brand names, logos, and symbols.
The session also stressed the importance of respecting original content and avoiding plagiarism. Students actively participated and found the session very informative
