Mother’s Day Health Awareness Session on BP, Blood Sugar & Healthy Lifestyle

On the occasion of Mother’s Day, an awareness session along with Blood Pressure (BP) and Blood Sugar monitoring was organized for the female staff members. The program aimed to promote health awareness and encourage regular health check-ups among women. 💖
🩺 Ms. Tavleen Kaur, Assistant Professor, aware the teachers regarding the importance of regular BP monitoring, as uncontrolled blood pressure can lead to serious health issues such as heart disease, stress-related complications, and fatigue. She emphasized that timely monitoring and a healthy routine can help mothers maintain a better and healthier life while balancing their personal and professional responsibilities. 🌿
🍬 Mr. Jagdeep Singh, Assistant Professor, aware the participants about the importance of regular blood sugar monitoring. He highlighted that due to irregular eating habits, stress, and lack of physical activity, women are at increased risk of developing diabetes and related health complications. Regular sugar monitoring and healthy dietary habits can help in early detection and prevention of health issues. 🍏
🏃‍♂️ Mr. Vishal, Assistant Professor, delivered an awareness session on how to keep the body healthy in today’s busy lifestyle. He guided the staff members about the importance of balanced nutrition, proper sleep, regular exercise, stress management, and maintaining a healthy daily routine for overall physical and mental well-being. ✨
