One-Day CPR Awareness Seminar

The session was kick-started with an insightful PowerPoint presentation by Mr. Jagdeep Singh, Assistant Professor at GRGI, Radaur, who highlighted the importance of CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) in saving lives during emergencies.

Mr. Jagdeep Singh explained the step-by-step technique of CPR, the science behind chest compressions and rescue breaths, and how quick response can increase survival rates in cardiac arrest situations.

Following the presentation, a live practical demonstration was conducted to give students a real-time experience.

Students enthusiastically participated and performed CPR techniques under guidance, gaining confidence and essential life-saving skills.
